Why hire a birth doula?

What does my Birth Package look like?

BIRTH PLAN WRITING
We will craft a birth plan that reflects your unique preferences and desires for your childbirth experience. Together, we'll outline your preferences regarding labor and birth, pain management options, and other important considerations, ensuring your birth plan aligns with your vision.
RESOURCES & DOULA LIBRARY
Gain unlimited access to a wealth of resources, including informative articles, helpful videos, and recommended reading materials, through my doula library. I’m dedicated to providing you with the support and information you need to feel confident throughout your journey.
BIRTH EDUCATION & PREPARED POSTPARTUM
Embark into parenthood with confidence as I provide personalized education sessions covering childbirth techniques and postpartum wellness strategies. I’ll support you with the knowledge and tools needed to navigate this special time with assurance.
PRENATAL VISITS
Experience personalized prenatal care with my comprehensive prenatal visits. Your first visit, either virtual or in person at my office space, sets the foundation for our journey together. Subsequent visits will be conducted in person at my office or your home, lasting 90 minutes to 2 hours, providing ample time for discussion and preparation.
SUPPORT THROUGHOUT PREGNANCY
You will experience continuous support throughout your pregnancy journey and labor with unlimited access to me via text, phone, or email within preset boundaries that we will discuss during your consultation. I’m here to address any questions, concerns, or needs you may have, providing reassurance and support whenever you need it.
POSTPARTUM SUPPORT
I am here to help transition you into parenthood with my individualized postpartum support. My post-birth visits, conducted in your home, provide personalized guidance and assistance tailored to your needs, lasting approximately 90 minutes to 2 hours. Additionally, I offer ongoing text support until 12 weeks postpartum, ensuring you feel supported during this critical time.

Connected Birth Support Package: $2,000

My complete birth support package includes two prenatal visits and one post-birth visit, along with all the support and services listed above. Ideal for first-time parents and those seeking VBAC support, this package ensures comprehensive support before, during, and after childbirth.

Second (or More) Time Around: $1,700

Tailored for experienced parents (non-VBAC), this package includes one prenatal visit and one post-birth visit, along with all the support and services listed above. It's perfect for those embarking on their childbirth journey for the second time or more.
