In a confidential, supportive setting, Amber provides tailored feedback on client care, birth planning, communication strategies, ethical considerations, and business development, including client intake, pricing, and community referrals. Sessions combine practical skill-building, reflective discussion of challenging cases, and action-oriented goals to strengthen your competence and professional presence. Rooted in compassionate, evidence-informed practice and attentive to the unique needs of the South Shore and greater Boston communities, mentorship sessions empower you to deliver more confident care.

For a more structured and ongoing mentorship experience, consider our monthly support package. For $300 (virtual), you'll receive two comprehensive meetings with a structured agenda tailored to your specific goals. These meetings offer a focused opportunity to address your challenges, set objectives, and track progress. Additionally, enjoy free-flowing text/email support throughout the month, ensuring that you can receive guidance through any active clients.
